A Canadian journey by my stomach

I recently returned from a Canadian trip to Ontario (Niagara Falls and Toronto) and Quebec (Quebec City, Montreal and smaller surrounding towns), with a stop over in Buffalo, New York. Here are some snapshots of some of the local foods I tried while there.

From Italian veal parmigana, Ukranian cabbage rolls, Japanese soup, Poutine, Montreal smoked meats, crepes, traditional Quebecer fare (including a visit to Sugar Shack) through to pastries, the legendary Tim Horton’s doughnuts and Buffalo Wings in Buffalo. They encompass the good and bad for you but all very tasty!
