On the edge of Chobe National Park in Botswana sits the Kasane Forest Reserve. Wildlife spotting is sometimes more prolific in the forest than in the park itself. My time there was rewarded with close Elephant encounters, plenty of Giraffes and even Warthogs!
It always fascinates me how quiet such a huge beast as an African Elephant can be. If they are not tearing down branches to eat you can almost completely miss that they are nearby. Then suddenly they come crashing out at you!
